Chiene + Tait has recruited Paul Mason as a Partner to lead its new corporate finance division.
The firm has seen tremendous growth assisting businesses through its Entrepreneurial, Corporate and Property Groups and has opened this new lead advisory practice to assist such businesses as they seek to grow through restructuring, refinancing and making acquisitions. In addition, many of our clients have expressed a desire to ensure smooth successions to next generations and/or to management.
Paul’s extensive skills and experience have been developed through a number of prominent roles, including at Quayle Munro, Brewin Dolphin and Deutsche Bank. Over the past four years he built up his own business, Lomond Advisory, whose client base have transferred to Chiene + Tait.
