Chiene + Tait Issue Alert to SAGE Users
Chiene + Tait client users of SAGE software were today issued with an alert that versions 12 and 2007 of SAGE 50 Accounts and Payroll, as well as version 12 of Instant Accounts will shortly be unsupported by SAGE (versions 2008, 2009 and 2010 remain supported).
The removal of support will not prevent clients from using their software, however, if a problem arises with data SAGE, and therefore Chiene + Tait, cannot guarantee that the problem can be resolved. As a business critical element of your business, we would therefore recommend that you consider upgrading your software, or at least discuss the procedures you have in place to mitigate this risk.
If clients are using any of the soon to be unsupported versions, you are likely to receive a phone call from SAGE regarding upgrades, possibly offering a discount.
