What we’re looking for
The trainee role is demanding, therefore we look for candidates who have tenacity and a determination to succeed, who take a professional approach and have attention to detail, but can also manage their time well and take a positive approach to projects.
We are seeking graduates who:
- Have a minimum 2:1 degree
- Seek early responsibility
- Are excellent communicators
- Can work well in a team
Additionally, it would be advantageous to have some work experience before you join us, however, this doesn’t need to be in an accounting role. Work experience in a range of jobs are transferable to working in the accountancy profession.
